Project Overview
Create a collaborative portal for a large telecommunication company—a world-class Intranet that a fast-moving company could productively use every day.
My Contribution
I was the only creative on the project. I was involved from concept to completion. From the concept to user journeys, wireframes, branding and final User Interface design
Kick-off
This project was an update and total redesign of the client’s existing intranet. The pain points were discussed with the client during the discovery process. Insights were logged and actionable. This data was invaluable for moving forward.

Flow Chart
It was important to review content from the old site for aspects the client and users liked, vs. the pain points which they did not. We as a team decided which content to keep and which to remove. Then, as a group, we created a new sitemap which encompassed the new way of thinking about how employees would collaborate.

Structure
Lo-Fi Wireframes. Building the rough site structure and using the artifacts as design and conversation starters with all stakeholders. Once all elements are present and the rough layouts are loosely approved, refinement begins.

Mobile Design
The work comes together. Once the structure is built, the design and branding can be added.
Once mobile is completed and performing to agreed upon specs, the tablet and desktop versions can be created.
