Project Overview

The project's goal was to create a mobile app of Revelation helpdesk’s “best in show” tool that technicians would seamlessly be able to use in the field.

My Contribution

I was involved from concept to completion. I interviewed the technicians to gain an understanding of their workflow. I created user journeys, wireframes, branding and the final User Interface design.

Structure

Lo-Fi Wireframes. Building the rough site structure and using the artifacts as design and conversation starters with all stakeholders. Once all elements are present and the rough layouts are loosely approved, refinement begins.
